4.10 gearing standard for all models (0$) Gears are gears, shouldnt cost any more to install 4.10s vs. 3.21s)
Dana 44's Standard all models front and rear. ($300)
Dana 60 rear optional ($1400)
optional 3 inch lift, upgraded drive shafts and 33 inch max traction tires from Factory ($1500)
No power going to door at all (0$) One less step would be nice when taking doors off. I have no power locks or windows yet I still have to disconnect the wire, this annoys me) I think that Jeep should offer a basic package that has no power in addition to the package that has all the electronic bells and whistles.
Metal Grill ($150)
Evap canister relocate or factory skid ($0 because I think this borders on design defect)
Oil Pan skid plate standard ($250)
Overall I am happy with the JK's engine power and wouldnt be willing to spend any extra on this.
I think Jeep should focus on axles and gearing and every JK should leave the factory truly HARDCORE trail ready.

1 - would like an option for 'Auto trans that won't burn your jeep to the ground' for no additional cost (as to current auto price)
2 - would like an option for easy access to back seat of 2 dr for no additional cost.
3 - would like to see slightly stretched 2 dr, 5~10" longer, for no additional cost or a small amount of $500 additional.
4 - would like to see better heat/sound insulated material used in the hardtop / soft top for a small amount of $500 additional
5 - would like to see the return of rescue-green for no additional cost
6 - would like to see mat/flat paint for no additional cost (also like a desert color option)

1. Use old style chair frames that lift up and forward - $0
2. More color options ie Olive Drab, Donator Yellow. $100
3. Fix known common problems ie slave cylender, thowout baring. $0
4. A 150,000 mile or 10 year warranty that is mod friendly and can not be denied due to mods (mod would not be covered) $1500
5. Duel battery option - $150
6. Inverter Option - $100

Honestly I think DC did a pretty good job with the JK. Only minor annoyances shouldn't incur additional prices:
-- rear seat entry in 2-door needs to change
-- make 4.10 gears stock in all models (more than just a minor annoyance. 3.21s are disgusting)
-- better headlights
