Yeah the clutch my bad and like pirate said it just fell to the floor and is shredded now I believe he brought it to midway which is where we both bought our jeeps and the jeep has been flagged now I guess they brought in a Chrysler representative to look at it and he flagged it I'm about to go golfing with him so I'll let everyone know if he has any new info

Seems pretty direct cause and effect. I can't imagine any dealer would warranty a blown clutch after the driveline has been modifided. Heavy 35's add a lot of stress to the driveline.

I agree. But they still can't just void the warranty all together, for example if the AC goes out ect. From what he is explaining, that's what they are saying.

Interesting, glad to see they have changed this. My 2009 warranty manual states

"NOTE: MANUAL TRANSMISSION CLUTCH PARTS ARE NOT COVERED AT ANY TIME."
