I'm not at D status yet, but I was worried that my dealer might have sold a car that they don't have an allocation for.

Just looking at your signature you probably won't be in D status for a while :sad:

As you can see, mine did go thru several statuses until it actually got to D status.

Just checked and the railcar mine is on left North Platte NE today at 9:30 AM - it's coming!!!!!

Just checked UPRR site. My railcar is empty and released to go back and get another load of JK's. Hope to get mine Monday.

why do you say that? his build is extremely similar to mine. no reason why it shouldn't fly through like mine did UNLESS his dealer's allocation is backed up.

oh, and my train was in chicago this morning :( looks like you've got a nice leg up on me.

His BA status was only last week Thursday (Feb 22). From whatI've been seeing, generally it takes around a week or a week and a copuple of days to move from BA to D status -- that is if everything falls into place and the gods are with you and all the stars are in alignment and .........

My JK is going from the train yard to a delivery truck tomorrow morning and then to the dealer in the afternoon. I am picking it up tomorrow afternoon. Cant wait to get my first new vehicle ever. Nice upgrade from my YJ. Only took less than a month. I will post pics.

lol, i thought you meant "a while" by jk-forum.com standards, ie, a few months or more. a couple of days, or even a week doesn't seem so long in comparison :o

Drove by dealer today. It's in.
3-3-07 would be 5 months.

mine was just outside of chicago this morning. it's so disheartening to know that it was only a 13 hour drive away, yet i have to wait ~10 more days to get it
