Go to capital one web site and apply for a blank check loan. you will find out if your approved within an hour or two. they have good rates as well. I have a 60 month loan with 6.75% interest through them. It makes the buying process alot faster. I'm just waiting for my jeep to show up.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I ordered 10/27 and I am still in D status!! My dad order on rotten day before me and his rubi is on a rail car in NY as I type! What sucks the most is I am driving around in my trade!

I ordered on 10/27 and have been basically in BG status ever since until 2 days ago.

Dealer called and told me I have moved to D status. I wonder how long it takes to get to D1? The wait is killing me!

Well, based on Jeff’s information it looks like my Rubicon will not be built this month. I finally got the dealer on the phone this morning and I have moved back to BG status.

I have on order a Rescue Green, Unlimited Rubicon, manual transmission and the towing package. I do not have the hard top, power group or any other options. The order was placed September 30th, and I was given a copy of the order sheet before leaving the dealer.

According to the dealer, the current restrictions were Rubicon package, hard tops and manual transmission. I guess I have two strikes against me. He also said that part of my delay could be allocation for build is given priority based on region, Montana is apparently low on the list of priority.

What a disappointing situation this is.

Guess I’ll go shovel some snow and try not to think about Jeeps for a while.

WOW, went by my local dealer this morning, they have 8 Unlimited 4x4's on the lot, and 5 2dr Rubicons. They have really started to roll in there. I took pics of all the ones on the lot including the window stickers if anyone wants to know the specifics what they have. Here's a brief description of them. hey everyone Ive been following this for a while and just decided to jump in. I ordered my 2-door X back in early november, went D in late december, and D-1 last week. Today was my estimated ship date but when i called they said it was JS, shipped to storage. Is it normally shipped to storage or are they just trying to make this longer for me? The terminology is bugging the hell out of me.

Man Beel, talk about rock and hard place. not to be a smart arse but have you thought about going to a different dealer? You are closer to Kellog than I am. I ordered 11/1/06 should be getting it end of month. Again not to be flippant or rub salt in a wound. I do really feel for ya!
