Should be any day now for you. Dealer told me it averages 2 weeks in most parts of the country from ship to delivery.

Scheduled to pick it up in the morning. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Ordered 10/29...Still waiting. Supposed to ship on 12/20. If it takes 2 weeks to get from Ohio to Eastern Pennsylvania, I'll be pissed. It's like a 10 hour drive.

Are there updated instructions on checking on the status of your vehicle order? I have the VON, but when I called yesterday they took my info.. then directed me to the dealer support for Canada (I'm confused by that), who told me only the dealers can look up the VON status.

Did I just get a dud operator and I should call back and hope for a better experience, or are there tricks I need to know.

Every time I called, I got a different answer. Same routine though: they take your info and then transfer you. I got a bogus answer one time and even told the operator that I was going to hang up and call right back and get another answer. The only thing that was reasonably accurate was the ship date. Dealership was worthless during this ordeal.

Agreed. Every time you call it's something different. I probably called 6 times through the whole process and was disappointed each time. Just call your dealership and tell them that you expect to be updated on any information they get.

Just talked with a Christine- She was very helpful they asked for VIN or VON
Gave her last 8 of my VIN she said that it had a ship date of Jan 1st and showed it was ordered on the 17th of Dec. I asked her for a status code, she said to hold on a second as she brought up a additional file she had to open to view it; said it was still showing a D.

So I chose Jeep, Currently Owned Vehicle from the call tree as options where asked.

Finally got through to someone who could answer me.

Jeep ordered 12/10/10 - Now is status D1 - Estimated Delivery 1/4 - VIN assigned!

(but not yet available via the internet download window sticker link from a few posts ago...)
