IT WORKED!

My rant caused a rift in the space time continuoum and made the carrier finally decided to load up my Jeep and deliver it to the dealer!

Unfortunately it was delivered later in the afternoon (must have loaded it first and dropped it last at the end of the day). The dealer couldn't do the PDI so they will do it in the morning and my dealer will pick it up and do the dealer trade in the morning. I'll have my baby home tomorrow afternoon.

Mine turned to KZ code on Oct 27th and is still in KZ code and is on a rail car in Toledo, Ohio.

I know what they're doing is waiting for more jeeps to fill a New England train and then should releace that load......come on!!!!

It will be worth the wait! I had about an hour drive back from the dealer in my new baby - and loved every minute of it.

It's such a difference. I drove down in my 99 Wrangler SE 5 speed with a soft top and driving back in the 2011 was like I was in a whole new world. Excellent!

Hopefully they'll have yours riding the rails soon enough!

I called on ours yesterday and got some confusing info. The guy said it was D1-gateway, but scheduled to ship November 8th!?

D1-Gateline Schedule means they are getting ready to build your new baby, Parts are there and ready to roll. It doesn't take long to build a Jeep once they start on it.

Be patient however. KZ to the dealers door can take 2 or 3 weeks even if it's not that far from Toledo. Mine took 2 1/2 weeks from KZ (shipped) to KZX (arrived at dealer).

My new ride finally came in. Unfortunately I have to wait until Monday to get it registered. Cue the haters on the color match top. I think it looks awesome.

Looks good. I hadn't seen the silver with matching top. So far that's the only matching top color I like. I feel your pain waiting on registration.

I actually just came in from rolling around the undercarriage for about 20 minutes checking out all the 'hidden' details. She's even bad ass on the underside. Although I feel a little dirty after looking up under her for so long =)
