Mine Had an Est, Ship date of 02-04-08, And they hit that Goal. Mine was Built on Feb, 2 and it took 19 hrs to build , Then it looks like 1 day for inspection/smog ect & on a Train,
Mine left Decatur IL today en route to Mira Loma Cal. Shows Est arrival in Mira Loma og 2-13-08
So The point is from D-! it does seem to go pretty quickly
But Remember it is about Dealer Allocation, The Schedule is set on where your Dealers Orders are in the line.

Uh oh! I just got my VIN # today. Why "uh oh"? If it comes in too early, I won't be able to actually BUY it! I have to have our house sold (in California, no less) before I'll have the green to get it. Anybody got an idea how long a dealer might hold on to it?
And for those of you who'll want to know: 2008 4dr Det Yellow Rubicon, MyGig, power everything, auto, dual tops. Ordered 1/15/08, BX as of last Friday, and I suppose its at least D status now.

Grr... I don't even have my Jeep yet and DC is pissing me right the hell off. Twice now I've called the American support number. They take all of my information, ask for the VON number, and THEN tell me they can't help me. They then refer me to the Canadian support number which is even ruder and less help. Yes I suppose I could call my dealer, but it makes no sense to me why Canadian customers are getting c'blocked by DC on the phones here. Grrr...

Storm, I ordered my Rubi from a dealer in Moberly Mo., want me to go take a peek at yours to see how she's doing? Maybe I can find one I like on the train and sneak it off. 5 months and counting, finally in D1.

I ordered my Jeep in the beggining of december and they told me it would be about 6 to 8 weeks its first estimated ship date was feb 2. I finally got back ahold of my dealer and he said it just got put on the rail car so it will be here around the 22nd... its funny how easily six weeks turned into about 14

I just called and was told that the estimated ship date was bumped back to 2-11. Oh well, I can spend the extra days going online and ordering more accessories. It looks like the sill plates, fuel filler door, cargo mat & spare tire cover will arrive before my Jeep does.
