They are supposed to estimate the devaluation over the time it will take to get the new vehicle... problem is the dealer doesn't expext it to take 6 months to a year.

It only took 8 weeks. Granted, my 03 went up a few thousand and was very close to 100k. They of course shied away from promising anything but they verbally said they wouldn't screw me. Well they did, the funny thing is after screwing me over like that they had to still show me the 'example' survey to keep their 5 star rating.

I have to be close. Many here lately are receiving their Rubicons that ordered in June. I would have to estimate that it would be started within the next week or so. My dealership keeps telling me December, but I just don't see how it can be true if now I'm just in BG.

I finally picked it up on Friday. Drove it across the state to Grand Rapids Saturday to see the in-laws, and back today. Yes, I'm happy.

To add another confirmation to the Hard Top Restriction rumor, I just got off the phone with the dealer, my Rubi is on hold till at least the middle of next month while they fix the hard top.

Very happy that I shouldn't be getting a leaker, but man the wait's gonna drive me nuts.

Is a Rubi hardtop different then a Sahara or X? Also, My Freedom top hasn't leaked at all and it's been rained on a few times. It's also not been opened yet.
