Not sure why they told you that. There was never any allocation this week. The next allocation will be this coming Monday. Allocations happen every Monday. If the order is not picked up by the allocation balance out on Wednesday then it will not have a chance until the next allocation, usually the following Monday.
I should note that the dealer had told me this last Friday after having talked to the their regional rep (which they may have even talked to him last Thursday...not sure when they did)...at which point I think there still was supposed to have been an allocation this week...which didn't happen.
So I am hoping that what was supposed to have been happened this week will happen next week...but that is still likely to mean sometime mid to late January tops for me to actually see it, if it does.

10/5 ordered my black 4 door jk, hard top, auto, pwr conv group, side steps
10/30 BG - passed edit n/a for schedule
11/6 BX - passed edit available for schedule
11/13 D - firm schedule - dealer has allocation and all parts available
11/20 D1 - gateline schedule - scheduled to be built
11/29 E - frame
12/1 KZ - released by plant , invoiced
12/6 KZX - delivered to dealer
i pick up my jeep on tuesday. i called today about it and after i negotiated a price 2 months ago when i ordered it ($200 above invoice) they tell me today i have to pay another $600 for window etching and paint sealer, mandatory, take it or leave it!
fuckin scumbags!! i argued with them, they said i could have my deposit back. but i want my jeep already! at least i get to sleep at night knowing im not in car sales.

Im new to the site and have some questions regarding the whole ordering process. First off I ordered a silver sahara 4dr. softtop 4x4 OCT 19TH, went into D-1 status Thursday. Ive been told the build process is about 5 days- shipping will be about 2 weeks, is this correct? Also since i did not get both tops- is this speeding up my order? Does anybody have inside info regarding the date Jeep will be closed for the holiday?

What did you order? Hardtop, Rubicon? I also have had smoke blown up my - - - by my dealer. They said 5 weeks maybe sooner, then they said they personally called the plant manager and asked them to expedite my order. Yeah , im sure they said we'll get right on that- the funny thing is it went to D, then D-1 within 1 week of his call? But I still think it's because of the hardtop issue , which mine is not. Also they told me that they loaded up on other vehicles that Chry, wanted to get rid of and they said that affects what they would get for Jeeps.??

D1 status means your JK is SUPPOSED to have a scheduled build date. I went to D1 status on Nov 30th and had a ship date of December 6th. Unfortunately, Dec 6th came and went. I called on Dec 5th to see if it was built, and was told I was back to D status. I last called yesterday and was told I am back to D1 status with a hopeful build date of mid December. So do NOT make plans for your JK just because you've gone to D1! Apparently D1 doesn't mean what it did a month ago. I suspect they halted the line temporarily, hopefully to fix the radio wiring problem.
As for when Jeep closes for the holiday's, no idea, perhaps they'll stay open and pay triple pay to try and catch up?!
