I'm pretty close, too.
9/13 - Ordered
10/15 - D1 (est. ship date 10/26)
10-16 - D1 (est. ship date 10/20)
10/18 - D1 (est. ship date 10/20)
Not too confident that they'll get it done and shipped by the 20th, but it shouldn't be long!! I was originally told to expect to get it in December or January, so I'm thrilled!!

D1 status question
I am wondering what the average wait time is from D1 status. Also, I am in D1 status but they dont have a build date. Any thoughts on reasons or what that may mean as far as time?
Ordered: Sept 27
D status: Oct 2
D1 status: Oct 18

I should also mention that my estimated ship date was just pushed back to 10/26 again. I knew 10/20 was too good to be true...

Just called DC and found out that my Rubi iorder is still in D status, but the Sahara order I put in is currently in D-1 with a "Build Sheet" date as of 10/25. What does "Build Sheet" date mean, is that the same as build date?

The 'Build Sheet' is the list of vehicles scheduled to be built for that month. The term 'Build Out' means "all 15,750 available build slots for the following month have been filled". The Build Sheet lists each of those 15,750 JK's per day. That's how they know which day, 10/25, your particular Jk is scheduled to be built.

Have been enjoying this thread. Since (really) the only period that matters is the time between the date you ordered and the date you drove it off the dealer's lot, I'd love to read what that specific time frame was for each of you.

I ordered my sahara unlimited jan 09(2007) model,was converted into a 2008 2 months ago and I picked it up thursday night
but I have to say it is one sweeeeeet ride,much more than I ever expected!!!!!hang in there it worth the wait!!!
