My dealer quoted me a trade price for our TJ at the mileage it was at when we ordered our JK. We put about 9,000 miles on our TJ and the JK price went up $450 in the 5 months it took to get it. Our dealer honored our original deal, we didnt even have to show him the paper work or ask.

I finally got fed up and took off the soft top which leaked on both sides onto the front door handles and then filled up the drivers foot well. I also have a leak which drips down into the cargo area behind the rear seats (only in a heavy rain) and the passengers side canvas window still keeps popping out from between the rear door seal and door frame and flaps happily in the wind. My freedom top hasn’t leaked yet but the soft top is crap! The dealer said that Chrysler is looking for a fix and they have no timeline as to when. Anyone else out there with the same issues which have been corrected?

PS. Mine was built the 3rd week of March

It's here it's here! I picked it up today. Was about $60 less than the original estimate. It's gorgeous! 2008 X /2 door/4x4 with 23S, trailer tow package and the LSD.

i got antsy and called before my usually calling day... status D1, got my VIN and an estimated delivery date of 09/17!

it was actually order as an 07 on april 26th but then re-ordered on june 7th as an 08, first told 4- 5 weeks on the first order, yeah I would say it has been a tad bit longer then that. hopefully it will be here by the end of sept.
