We're in the same situation. Latest ship date for me is Aug. 31st. Overall, I'm not going to be upset over this. Yes, it's a bummer, but, this does get me the lifetime warranty. MyGig is the source of the delay. My order had actually gone to D1, before heading back to C. I have a VIN number, meaning it was on its way to production when it was pulled back for supply issues.

Mine is still D-1, but if order system really isn't updated daily, who knows? I am getting my financing ready JUST in case.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! YUP....got a nice cozy chair here and don't expect to leave anytime in the near future! Guess I'll be lucky if it arrives by Christmas time, and that's ok, cause that's when the lease on my '05 TJ Sport is up...so I still get to have lots of fun! If it just happens to arrive earlier, my dealer already told me that Chrysler will forgive the last few payments! This is why I ordered early!

We picked it up last night and it is awesome!!!
It was definitely worth every minute of the 5 month wait. Several times we almost settled and bought one that was "close" to what we ordered, but we are both glad we decided to stick with our order.
So keep faith everyone, the wait might be long, but its worth it!!!!!!!

Ordered Two! - now I wait......
Dealer let me order two...no money down. He's confident he can turn them if I don't buy.
...however, he said my first pick would be a long wait....and my 2nd would be longer if ever...
