I just called the Chrysler # and they have informed me it is in status KZOG = damaged.
I guess i am being punished for past sins... there are plenty.

I know how you feel, I've been banging my head against a wall for 2 months since mine was damaged. Hopefully yours is repairable at the factory and won't be delayed to long.

I just got word that my flame red X that I ordered on April 20 has been bumped to D status! Is there any hope that this thing is still going to be built for 2007, before the shutdown and changeover to 2008 builds?

Moved back to D1 status, maybe the third times a charm. They did issue me a VIN this time, I think that is a good sign.

It is very annoying when you can't move forward and yet you watch others who have placed orders a month after yours being delivered. JEEP is becoming a four letter word at our house

Be sure you're comparing Apples to Apples, or in your case Unlimited Rubicons to Unlimited Rubicons. Last I heard, they're only building 28 a day, out of 600 total JK's a day. When you start hearing of 100's of Rubi Unlimited's being built ahead of yours, then you can start swearing, like I will when I hear that you've taken delivery of yours before mine (that was ordered 8 1/2 months ago).

To all those still monitoring and worrying about the status of their 2007 model year order in BG or BX status.....

GIVE UP - YOU ARE NOT GETTING A 2007

I am serious. There is 0% chance you will move forward at this point in time. Contact your dealer and have them put a 2008 order in for you. You will probably be looking at September/October for a delivery time.

I think we should kill this thread and start a 2008 order status thread...

Even though I finally moved to D status last month on my Rubi Unlimited ordered Sept 22, I ordered a 2008 today anyway. If the 2007 gets built (not very likely), the dealer will be happy to sell it at MSRP now as opposed to the 1% below invoice he was going to sell it to me for.

Please don't kill the thread just yet! I'm still waiting for my 2007 Detonator Yellow JK! It's still stuck at KZL status, so I'm hoping to get it within the next few weeks!
