The end is getting near for me....KZL as of noon today.....maybe even enough time to be loaded on a train yet today or tomorrow and start its journey west....its only gotta get through part of Ohio, all of Indiana and Illinois to get to me....maybe another week or so once its on the train....could actually have this by the end of the month yet
222 days total wait time so far.

I realize I'm a newbie and you guys are going to laugh all the way to the trails, but I keep calling the 800 number listed (800.992.1997) and i get the first options, but none are the inquiry that we need to check the status.
What option do I chose to check on my order?
All help will be greatly appreciated

At the first option, select 5 - General Inquiries
Then 2 - Continue
Then 1 - Customer
Then 2 - Continue
Then 1 because I did have a VIN
Then 7 - year of my Rubicon
Then 1 - Correct
And this is where it may get confusing --
You will be asked to enter the second digit of the last 8 characters of your VIN number. It will be a letter - mine was L
Then you will be asked to enter which letter it is because the letter L on the telephone is actually a number (which could be J, K, or L) - so I entered 3 which means the letter L
Then the last 6 digits of your VIN number
Then 1- Correct
And finally 2 - Purchased new in last 3 months
If you can survive that long, you will finally get a human!Then 2 - Continue

I was eventually given a reference number, but never had to use it because mine went from D1 to KZM in less than a week!

Thanks for the update, your are right their phone system is a 'piece of work'. I'll give it a shot and keep you guys posted when I get closer to being a JK owner!

Once you get to KZM status, your dealer should have a railcar number. If it begins TTGX followed by 6 numbers, go to the UPRR railcar tracing site and enter the railcar number. It will show the railcar's last know reported status and an ETA (but the ETA does not say where?).

Jk Unlimited Sahara w/MYGIG KZL!!!!!
As of 2:30 today, she is in KZL on a train to MD baby!!! Loaded Sahara with the MYGIG and Dual Tops! They do exist (hopefully!):toung:
