I really wanna remove the carpet i see no pro's to keeping it. especially if my jeep keeps leaking. I hope Jeep never makes boats..

I removed mine and installed the mopar rubber floor liner kit as a replacement. It looks and smells a lot better, and is also much easier to clean. I bought the entire kit on eBay for around $250.
