I feel your pain, had a hernia opp last Thursday and can't drive till next week.
Wife drove me home from the opp on Thursday and that was hard being a passenger in my JK, at least the drugs meant I could not concentrate.......
Hope you get better soon.

When I started this thread it was more about other guys stories not being able to drive their Jeeps for whatever reason but man the "get better soon" replies are awesome and deeply appreciated.
And FYI- when my wife drove us to the store earlier I DID make sure she waved at every Jeep we passed.

I feel your pain too, man. Honestly, my gout has been a factor in my not getting another Wrangler as of yet. I can't bring myself to buy an auto Jeep...personal preference. As someone previously posted, diet has apparently been a key contributor to my flare ups. I was getting crippling flare ups at least once a month until I made some adjustments to what I eat a couple of months ago. I have been flare-free since then. PM me if you want more details. No point in boring everybody else (even more).
I hope you recover quickly. Gout sucks.
