Well for me price is a big factor. I see the the JJ registration opens today for a lot of locations and I can't seem to get past the prices they are asking per person. For a family of 4 I'm looking at $750 and one of my guys is under 5. I think I paid like $285 total for the Camp Jeep in VA in '07. I'm not sure what else is included in the JJ for that price outside of the trail rides. Definitive dates/prices/location for Camp Jeep '09 would sure help in trying to decide ...

Why not organize a camp jeep type event on our own?? Anybody who is a member of a big jeep club with a good legal wheeling area,, could set something up.. It makes money so,,

If you sign up as a trail guide for Camp Jeep it would be free to you and family. Not to mention you also get a daily allowance to cover lodging.
We went to Camp Jeep '07 and loved it. Brought people who arent jeep folks. They still arent Jeep folks but they had a great time with everything to do there.
Read an article that Jeep spends $5 million to organize and host the event. Obviously they didnt mention how much they racked in through ticket and retail sales.
If we go this year we're going as Trail Guides....
