Hey brothers and sisters. I recently got orders to Rota Spain. I'm already forward deployed in Bahrain. I wasn't able to bring my lifted jeep to Bahrain and I'm having a hell of a time finding out if my modified jeep will pass criteria for Spain. Does anyone have any insight or done this already?
JKU. 3.5 rock krawler lift. 35's. Metal cloak flares.
Thanks guys

I'm not a 100% on rota but I know when my buddy went they wouldn't let him bring his tundra over there. So my guess on the jeep is probably not. Just another few years of sitting in storage

A lot of countries won't let you bring a pickup since it's considered a commercial vehicle. You're jeep is fine as long as it meets the total cubic size requirements. They shipped my jeep with a 4 1/2 inch lift and 35" tires to Africa

When I was stationed overseas I didn't go through the headaches and just kept my truck in storage. The Army paid me anyways, but went through hell and back. Its in a transportation regulation somewhere about having to make extensive modifications for the vehicle to meet requirements that they would pay for your storage back home. Only reason I was able to have it done, was due to the fact that my vehicle was lifted prior to buying it, otherwise I wouldn't of been able too. I would get with the place that you pick and drop off vehicles for overseas transport, find the laws there on vehicles, they should know. SHOULD
