All this good info and I still failed to get the knob screws for the door surrounds!! 
It was dark whenever I picked it up and the seller forgot to give them to me! All is good, I'll get them today!

will also need the two plastic pieces that attach to the top of the tub above and either side of the tail
gate. And there is a metal rod that slips through the rear window, then attaches to those two plastic
pieces. Here's the best pic I have of that. This is actually for a Duster install, but the hardware is
identical.
