I've always loved orange on a jeep. The old cj's were nice. I personally owned an 06 tj in the impact orange and i got compliments up until the minute i sold it. Resale i got 5k under original retail this past December when i traded it in on a 2012 JKU sahara crush. I love it the only reason i got rid of the old tj was for the 4 doors. I personally didn't care for the color match top but the fenders are nice. But if your wheeling alot most go for the flat style flairs anyway. In the end its up to the person driving it. But as far as the resale based on colors for jeep i debunked that i guess with mine. Also if you scratch the jeep rust looks pretty close to orange if i recall not silver. Good luck with the decision. Obviously my vote is for crush.

Was kind of disappointed that I got silver initially, but it was the only 6 speed JKU Rubicon on the lot at the time.
After wheeling though, and with all the pin-striping and stuff, I'm so happy I have a color like silver that hides much of the dirt, grime, and trail rash.
So consider me a convert.

The "bright" is that it has shiny metallic flake in the paint. It's pretty bright in the sun
Silver is a great color that will last through the years of ownership. Never will feel like your driving a big yellow school bus lol
