Huntington Beach Jeep is one of the ones I called about a year ago before I bought my 11' Unl Rubi; they wouldn't honor the TL discount so I never even visited them.

That sucks! Well I took my Jeep into Moss Brothers Jeep in Moreno Valley for a "noise" in my suspension. They told me they couldn't find anything. Considering I am a tech, I went a head and took a look under the Jeep and found my front sway bar nut was holding on by 1 or 2 threads. I tightened everything under the Jeep and I haven't had any other noises from the suspension from that day on.

Tightening the suspension (and anything else) should be a routine task if you wheel very much.

Yeah that place is kind of a joke. I called about factory e-locker and then parts guy asked "where does that go?" I said the locking differential for the Rubicon. He gave me a price of $30 bucks. I said I think your quoting the wrong part. He asked for my VIN. I hung up.

Its stories like this that has the CEO of Chrysler so pissed off right now. Hopefully his actions will bring forth much needed change to to Chrysler's level of customer service.

man that sucks, i hate hearing stories like this on here. it makes me wish i wouldn't have got the extended warranty because they can just cancel it at the drop of a hat. the dealership i bought mine from told me when i bought it (from several people there) that they don't void warranties because of aftermarket parts because they sell them there. i suppose only time will tell.

Have you tried contacting Chrysler directly?

I had a problem with a tech messing up my manual transmission on my GTO, I contacted GM directly after the bankrupcy and after a lot of work I got a new transmission.
