'07, only problems I have are the gas tank overfill problem (being resolved tomorrow 
) and my seat height adjuster keeps giving way.
I understand that the gas tank overfill is not just 07... but common on all years (comes with milage, I suppose)

I haven't had any real issues with my 08.
If I had to choose though, I would say the 2009 solely based on the fact that it was the most refined year in production. They had two years before production to ID and repair the issues with the 07/08s and then they began major redesigning in 2010.
2007 was a brand new JK body style.
2008 saw little improvements over 07.
2009 saw little improvements over 08.
2010 Jeep redesigned the soft top to a cable system, moved the rear tow hook and some additional minor redesigns.
2011...major refresh #1.
