Default The best spark plugs?

For saving gas and better acceleration, what are the best spark plugs for the 3.8 v6 engine ?

I have 22,830 miles, too soon to change them?

How often should you change the plugs? I'm at 48k and running factory plugs still?

I changed my plugs at 23k to the NGK Iridium Ix plugs with the Granatelli Spark plug wires and I am very pleased with both. Improved the idle quality and throttle response a lot.

The owner's manual says 102,000 miles/102 months. I think most people change them a lot sooner than that.
I suggest you pull them now, even if it's just to put anti-seize on them.

I replaced mine at 25k with oem champion platinums. The gap on the plugs were double what they should have been when I changed them. I can't imagine waiting until 100k miles to replace.
