I'm not crazy about this poll. I love my Jeep, but I don't want to be all sacrilegious by taking the JK over it's legendary predecessors... It's sort of a Beatles/ Stones/ Zeppelin sort of discussion- can't really win here.

This is my first jeep so I can't vote But I am enjoying it very much. I have always wanted a jeep of some sort so when it came time to buy a new vehicle I went for it and never looked back.

I am shocked how many times threads like this get started. Why is it necessary to constantly try to convince yourself you have the toughest or best jeep ever?
I find it ridiculous.
I had a friend that bought a bunch of post office Jeeps when i was like 17/18. we pieced them together to get one that ran, and beat the living crap out of it. It was the best Jeep i ever had.
We fixed it again & ran it till it died, then that was the best one I had ever had,
and so on,
and so on,
and...
etc.
Just wheel the damn thing, if it breaks, fix it. Repeat.
I vote for all of them.

My JK is a lot more friendly as a daily driver than my 79 CJ 5 could ever hope to have been. That being said, I really enjoyed my no doors and bikini top only CJ. I wish I still had it to fart around on and learn how to work on vehicles. Cant really do that with the vehicle you need to depend on.
My JK is more of what I need at this juncture.

My plan, when I retire in about 13 years, is to get an MB and get it in tip top shape. That sounds like a lot of fun to me. I am sure I am not the only one, either.

I love my JK, i will own it until it is dead, then it will be reborn and i will kill it again.
I have no plans of getting rid of it, ever.
~unless there is some unforeseeable catastrophe that takes it away from me. That is why I am being careful about what I chose for mods, and trying to plan ahead for future mods. Hate doing things twice (even though i did exactly that with my lift)
If it where the "best" Jeep(for me), then there would be no need to modify it and improve on it and change it around to make it better would there?
And not modifying a vehicle? well, that just goes against my nature.
