Benefits to buying new 2009 over new 2008?

So, I just got back from looking at the 08 Sahara 4dr and ended up negotiating with the saleman for about 2 hours to finally leave him hanging. We stared out for a 2008 pretty well loaded 4 door Sahara at $32K and we finished at $26,488. It's only got about 40 miles on it, duel tops, Dana 44 rear axle, tow package, and 6 disc. What do you think of that price??

I just can't believe that they can't come down even further for their last 2008 that's been sitting on the lot for over a year. You think they'd do anything to get that off the lot and start making room for the 2010's.
