6 months to make a dual battery tray? Unacceptable is the only word that comes to mind. After hearing all of these complaints I believe I would go with the rugged ridge setup instead

If RR offered a "setup", so would I. Sadly, all they offer is a tray--no electronics.

Doesn't Painless make a wiring kit?

What I dont understand is if this company refuses to be a participating member of this forum, and their last forum activity was 6-7, and the company consistently has issues and consistently has poor customer service, why are they still a vendor?? Obviously if people still wanted their products, they can order, but I have no idea why JK-Forum is supporting them still.....
Bought the RR tray and Cole Heresee isolator and did my own. Much, much cheaper too. If I can do it anyone can.

You are a patient fellow Mark

But did they charge you for it already? If so, I might be a little concerned. Thats a long time for something relatively simple to make.

Yes and yes. Which is all obvious. And gets us back to the question I asked: Has anyone had product delivered in the past few months?

Mark, I never got my electronics, so I had to wire them up myself... it's actually pretty easy to do. Let me know if you need some tips.

Yes, I ordered mine through Rebel Offroad in March and got it 2 months later. Was told he fills third party orders before the others.
