i feel your pain. i have rigged a block and tackle system to my roll bar. make sure you use a spring (roll bar side, no sharp metal near my bits and pieces), or you'll be in a whole new world of hurt when your out wheeling and bouncing around.
this is the best thread EVER. keep suggesting mods, so we can move it to Tech.

Do the neoprene seat covers help at all?
In my experience on my old truck, they caused a large buildup of static electricity.
That could be a huge problem when you get the equivalent of 147 cattlprods to the nads everytime you tried to enter or exit the vehicle.

I'm sorry but what is the actual problem?
Do your wife have to put a quarter in in the JK coin machine to make it happen? Is this some unannounced accessory available as an aftermarket item?

OMG...we took over a thousand shots from different places...wound up having almost daily diversions but when I actually have some semi down time I'll post over in show and tell. Yep it rained almost constantly so our pics don't show any of the river crossings or the huge mud holes 'cuz no one wanted to get out in the wet forest or river to take the shots!! But we do have some. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a mishap at the end of the week that we're in the middle of right now so I can only get online for a few minutes here and there and to top that off - one of our AC units fried and I have to go get parts to repair...I'll try to post more tonight but I think I got one up of the elevation just beyond Engineers pass (yep we went on Nellies Creek Trail too and Cinnamon Pass too...and a few others that who knows what they were and almost went off a cliff too!)
