Bad order (2012 order status)

Bad order (2012 order status)
So when I check the insight website for my 2012 order status it currently says "bad order". Still shows on the railcar in ks and delivery on the 24th.
Anyone know what this means? Doesn't sound good to me.

Did it start doing that today? I noticed my window sticker web link suddenly started saying "invalid VIN" this afternoon. It was working fine yesterday and this morning - maybe their site was down? 
I have my Jeep, so clearly it's a valid VIN!
