33" is hardly anything that would cause the damage he has. that's a stretch.
and the axles are a little stronger.... but the JKs wider and heavier. balances out. I wouldn't think of them as being stronger than previous models. If anything, I've seen more broken Us, bent tubes, and all kinds of poorly welded brackets shearing on the JKs that didn't happen before.
Glad to see you were warrantied without a fight. If anything water in the dif, would have been a flag at most places. not the 33s.

agreed the JK's are wider and heavier, I'll say that yes that should about equal out....

You may also want to extend your axle breather tubes.

Interesting, I just had an issue with my clutch at 6k. They are ordering parts to replace the clutch under warranty. I thought I had a belt loose, it was squealing with the clutch out and quiet when I pressed the clutch. They said it needed to be replaced. Seems strange with such low mileage.
