Default back Freedom Top Window

I was thinking about sticking a kayak in the back of my UNlimited Rubicon. Does anyone know if it would be OK to drive with the back Freedom Top window opened? would that bounce around too much or would it just stay up?

I see people do it as well, just make sure you crack your front windows so you don't draw in exhaust fumes.
