I was thinking the same thing. When I go to the dealer, only 1 in 5 are manual...
There's no way over 50% of JKs are manual. I had to wait 3 months for mine, so if Chrysler was lying to me I'm gonna . . . well, enjoy my jeep.

I have a manual because it doesn't feel like I am actually driving if I can't shift the gears myself. However, I know I am just being macho and an auto can be much better in many off-road situations.

My Rubi works great with the hydro-slide 
and I don't even get to the mall cuz we don't have one just lots of desert to crawl through. Stick seems like to much work since I retired 
a few years back. I had nothing but manual trans in the road race days but different times and purpose.
