Nice try FR, but you f'd up with the shadow... that "monitor" wouldn't cast a shadow at both the top right AND lower left... but most people probably won't pick up on that. In any case, nice try at an April Fool's day joke, and the Photoshop job isn't too shabby (especially for a 14 year old).
Edit: Also, I can see where you used the clone stamp, in the door metal...

Photo is real -
However, I think FR needed to do a little bit more research before he jumped to his conclusion.
Jeep Japan -
Nothing on Jeep Japan website - I don't think it is a factory option - think FR's photo is from an owner who did a custom install.
Here is Jeep Japan - http://www.jeep-japan.com/wrangler/interior.html - no camera
Japan Jeep Accessories - http://www.jeep-japan.com/wrangler/accessory.html - no camera
Here is the website with Jeep enthusiasts. FR's photo came from this site - It allows car users to post pics and talk about their cars.

Here is photo of a Japanese Jeep with Camera/monitor in pass door - this is from enthusiasts webpage. Same webpage as FR's photo.
And boy do they love their jeeps -

OK - since we're talking this seriously (because we all know that 1. There's a ton of open space and a whole LOT of places to wheel in Japan , 2. They love American vehicles over there , and 3. They're willing to pay $10/liter (or whatever) for a vehicle that will get them 14 mpg)...
Here's some more info... The Asian model will also have a standard 7.3L diesel V10 that puts out 320 hp and 625 ft/lbs... with an optional 23.5L turbodiesel V32 that puts out 725 hp and 1950 ft/lbs or torque, and runs off kittens and puppies that you shovel into the fuel tank...
C'mon people... April Fools...
