Armored or Lifted JK’s In Accidents

Mine is not lifted or armored, but i got rear ended last friday and it held up pretty well. The tailgate and body panel behind the tailgate got dented and rear bumper slightly damaged.Attachment 104289Attachment 104290Attachment 104291Attachment 104292
exact same thing happened to me with the exact same result, cept the guy that plowed into me was hit by an elderly lady into me

i remember i was waiting in line to make a left when all of the sudden there was a thump and the back of my jeep just kind of bounced up. Nothing to serious but apparantly the guy behind me wasn't paying attention thought hed go under my jeep. My tow hook told him otherwise and folded the front part of his hood in.

You almost got some nasty pictures of a wreck. Yesterday I had a Mitsubishi Eclipse that was lowered run a red light in front of me. Couldn't have been more then a few inches from hitting him in his driver door. Something tells me that it would have been one nasty wreck.
Edit: I have about a 3" lift on mine with an XHD bumper and 35" tires.
