Agreed - and I just confirmed this with Riddler Manufacturing. 17 ft lbs for Grade 5, and 25 ft lbs for Grade 8. You only need Grade 8 with LubeLockers.

So just to confirm. They do come with grade 8 hardware and torque to 25 lbs?

I'm installing these with lube lockers Wednesday and their instructions say 30 lbs.

Yes...they say 30...but with 30 you run the risk of cracking the lubelockers and breaking the hardware.
