While on the topic - for those with the bestop - it fits over the softtop when it's down correct? seems like a lot of bulk in the back when the top is down - it fits over all of that? Thanks.

it does, i dont think you can fit the tabs under the rail (like the sail panels do) but there are straps with clips that hook under the tail gate that will hold the rear portion in place

I think you should be able to adjust the Trail Cover around mirrors mounted in the hinges, but it will leave a slight gap there that water could get into. However, I have used my Trail Cover with the factory doors and mirrors on, and there's enough slack there to permit it to be secured to the bottom of the Jeep (it uses plastic clips that slip over the bottom pinch seam). In that case, there's a large gap at the front of the Trail Cover on each side, but it's not a problem since the doors will keep water out.

Thanks, I am not sure what cover to use. I will do more research.________________

Default Best Quick Cover?

I am going to take the hard top off for the summer using tube doors. But I need a top to cover for elements when at work. I found several at Quadratec: Bestop All Weather Trail Cover, Noah Quick Cover and WeatherShield Quick Cover. Any suggestions? The Bestop is the least expensive w/ WeatherShield the most. I want one that is easy to install, lightweight to work with.

X2, although I wouldn't call it "lightweight." It's a similar weight fabric as the softtop. Takes about 2-3 minutes to put on and take off. It comes in a storage bag, and I still have a standing offer to buy a steak dinner for anyone who posts a video of successfully fitting it back into that bag. LOL.
