Seems to me that the more information we consumers get the more likely we are to be understanding of thier delays. Its the silence and the lack of up to date info that bugs the hell out of me.

If anyone from PJ is listening please provide some information. We all seem to love their products we just don't like the service.

Got tired of waiting and called Quadratec yesterday. Great customer service, by the way. They canceled my PureJeep order - no questions asked. I placed a new order at the same time, for an AEM CAI, and it will be here next week.
