on the jk with the KMA fab light bar, what are those wire things connected to the bumper???

My guess on the wires would be to keep low lying tree branches from getting hung up on the angled light bar, just eases them over the top.

I think he does that for branches. Where they wheel there are lots of low hanging limbs/branches. Get em up and over without hitting the windsheild.

Those look homemade. You should be able to pick up parts from most any hardware store. There are commercial ones for the TJs, but they connect to parts that all TJs have. The ones in the picture surely must have been made for that particular Jeep with that bumper and windshield/light bar combo.
