Strap a Fireman's axe on your rear spare tire?

Add/Mount a Air tank outside your rear tail gate or make the air tank look like a fire hydrant???...use it for airing up after a good wheeling trip???

 

I got an 08 Flame Red Jeep kinda looks like a small fire truck the way it is.

I'd say add a halligan bar and a couple of fire extinguishers, and maybe some IAFF stickers.

If he happens to be a volunteer FF, there are lots of practical mods to make that will help when responding to calls, especially at night. Mostly auxiliary lighting, strobes, and a BIG horn.

I like the shovel and axe idea on the hood. That in combination of fire extinguisher and you are ready to tackel the world.

add an SCBA bottle (properly acquired and properly secured, of course), with proper pressure regulator.... you can air up and down all day long from a 4500 psi bottle.
