Any 2010 JK sightings yet?

2010 production was scheduled to begin on August 17th with 2009 model year buildout on August 14th.
You should start to see them rolling into dealerships the week of August 24th.
I have an estimated ship date of August 26th for a 2010 and it will likely be delivered the week of August 30th.

that sounds about right...my dealer said his first 2010 has a ship date of AUG 24.
And i've got a white rubi coming in, but now that i've seen the charcoal, i might have to make a quick phone call

I am not sure the article says what you think it says. The article is about Nitro and Liberty not Wrangler. Typically, Wrangler production model year switch over occurs the end of July and the next years production starts by August. Also, on July 3rd the same Toronto Blade quoting Jerry Snodgrass said, "He said he already has submitted a large order for 2010 Wranglers, which will go into production in about three weeks." If you do the math adding the 3 weeks to July 3rd, that exactly matched Wranglers normal model year change over at the end of July. So I think we are actually in production of 2010 Wranglers since its August now. It would typically be the second or third week of August before the new models typically show up on dealer lots; however, given the low inventory on Wranglers right now I was speculating that the 2010s would likely show up sooner rather than later, hence the thread.
Also, as a couple of folks said, dealers can confirm this.

Negative. The Blade is but one source. I posted pix of 2009 Wranglers in Surf Blue Pearl Coat, a color which wasn't available before last week. These are X models (2009) which will be replaced by Sport models for 2010.

The place I bought my JK from is now a used car lot owned by the same guys. I stopped in to say hi to the guys and they actually tried to get me to trade in my JK on a Hummer H3 telling my I would get better gas mileage. I may never go back.

Saw unconfirmed references to changes in how the soft top works. Something about cables along the sides like many convertible cars instead of plastic clips. The thread with the info mysteriously disappeared though, so consider this as unsubstantiated.
