ally sucks a big one.
my wife constantly fights with them to take off their fees
when their website is down. ( and it's always down)
and she has to pay over the phone.
I use to work in a call center. I know what customer service.
ally has NONE or at least the CSR's I've talked to have none.
they act like they are in COLLECTIONS!!!!

i just stuffed mine in the hole where the vent was that was to close to my steering wheel blowing on my hands! the fasteners were prety loose anyway !

Wow, we use Ally for our Buick Enclave... We have had zero problems but then again we haven't tried to pay it off either... lol. We have 0% interest and the payment is autodrafted from our bank account. I sure hope we don't have issues if we ever try to trade it in or sell it on our own!!
