I don't know about the heated seats, but I do know that there were some TJ Saharas out there that dealers sold with leather upholstery. I know, because I had one of them. It was very nice tan and green leather with the Sahara logo embroidered on the headrest area of the front seats. My local dealer had a semi-local upholstery shop do the work, so it wasn't an option from the factory, but a dealer installed option. So it's very possible that there are JK Sahara's available with leather.
