No regrets here either, I also bought a 4x8 trailer to substitute for a truck when necessary. Love our jeeps...

And having no truck isn't so bad. Like everyone has said having a good trailer is great. You can pull just about anything you can put in 5x7 trailer and the nice part about it is that you don't have to unload it as soon as you get home just unhitch it and cover it up with some plastic and and unload it when you want.

I did have two Jeeps...sold the older one, kept my nice 08, and got a truck. It's a simple work truck (05 Silverado 6 clyinder standard cab short bed, but having it is way more convenient for me than 2 Jeeps an a trailer. I guess to me, it made more sense to have the Jeep as my fun vehicle and my truck for work purposes. There are a lot of things I have loaded in my truck that would be unreasonable to me to put in the JK such as box trees, dirt (loose, not bagged), loose gravel, quads, motorcycles, tall furniture, pavers and bricks, scrap metal...the list goes on and on. The Jeep is great for throwing simple stuff in the back, but if I have a bunch of dirty tools or building supplies, I throw it the back of the truck and if it's value and fits in the bed, I roll my Roll-N-Lock cover over it and lock it shut so it's out if sign and secure. It really just depends on your lifestyle. I had a truck and a car, then bought my Jeep and then later sold my car and truck for another Jeep...it only lasted about a year and then I sold my other Jeep I got my Silverado.

This is eactly what I'm trying to do now. Instead of regret for a truck, I will be trading in a minivan and I'm eleated
The wife loves the 2dr JK I just bought, so she gets it and I'll get an unlimited.
