I'm 6-3" and I use a single blow up mattress in the back of my JKU. It works awesome. Just push the front seats all of the way forward and pack the gaps with blankets or jackets. Makes for some great trail camping.

I'm trying to figure out how I can sleep in the back of my 2-door... nothing's coming to me...
I slept in the back of my 4-door XJ a few times, and that was cramped... think I'm just gonna have to take the tent w/ me when I'm camping in the JK...

i'm setting out on a 10 day trip with my girlfriend in 2 weeks. We're sleeping inthe back the whole way... at least thats the plan right now. I have partially setup the back for it, but not done. I'll post some pics of what i have done.

Yep. I'm 6'4" and I do the same. I have to sleep diagonally though, which is okay... I mean, it sure as hell beats using a tent on F8%ked up cold terrain.
Since I am an avid outdoorsman/flyfisherman/steelheader, one of the main criterium for my next 4x4 was the ability to trail camp & sleep in the rig. The JKU came out on top with flying colors!
