I drive Defender 100/110 series overseas, and a JK set up like that Defender in your photo would be without a doubt 132x better than that Land Rover. The Defenders are built for midgets, the beds hold a somewhat large ice chest and a few rucksacks and thats about it. Definitely one of the most uncomfortable vehicles to spend hours at a time in traversing a third world country, zero power out of the scrawny diesel too. A JK Double cab would be an AWESOME expedition vehicle

Absolutely! Especially compared to your Jeep with all the EVO candy! Do you not have a Hemi yet?

Yes the ultimate JK Double Cab is going to be built by Offroad Evolution eventually As for the Hemi, well I think I am going to go the route of a GM LS7 or LS9 (will be very complex due to the supercharger)......but the Hemi 6.4VVT is not completely out of the picture. Unfortunately if I go the GM route, I will have to upgrade beyond a ProRock Dana 60 to probably ProRock 80 or Corporate 14 bolt The wife will kill me!!

Exactly!

I wouldnt mind an extended cab, but not the 4dr. Put a 6' bed on it and i would have bought it over my Wrangler in an instant. Love my jeep, but love the trucks more.

The 4-door would leave plenty of space to be desired in the bed. Or it be way to long and look stupid.

To me it wouldn't. We have king cab short box trucks at work and they are worthless for hauling anything big. A 2dr with a decent bed is what I would buy. I have no interest whatsoever in anything with four doors.

It looks nice, but I wouldn't give you a nickle for it with the extra doors.

I believe this truck has just brought me back to JK land! Currently searching for a cheap 4 door to get ready to convert.
