Heat it up and carefully remove it using some fishing line - do NOT use your fingernails or a knife, etc., because you'll damage your paint. The trick is get the adhesive warm (when it will be most "relaxed") and then wedge the fishing line between the emblem and the sheetmetal. Go slow and careful, and you should be able to pull it off without damaging anything.
