Accident with a Smart Car
OK, so this dude in a smart car blew through the stop sign and my wife T-boned him.
How do I go about getting an aftermarket bumper instead of having the insurance replace it.
I am looking at the LoD mid width or the Poison Spyder brawler lite.

LMAO I just went through a similiar issue. I got hit and the other guys insurance company sent me a check. You have the right to get your jeep fixed wherever you want. You will need to get a quote from their adjuster and then tell them you want a check!

Make sure to get it checked out. If you accept a check and there was hidden damage you don't know about, there's no more money comming because you accepted a check.
Even a little smart car could cause some serious damage depending on the collision. So only jump onto the accepting a check idea if you're certain nothing else potentially much more expensive is wrong.
