I sent in a price match to their website and never received a response. I think they are just okay. I ordered a skid plate that took three months to receive. Might have been a back ordered item, but I never received an email stating so. I think they are a huge company that doesn't have great customer service.

I think your confusing 4wheel parts in parma with 4wd hardware in columbiana.
4wd hardware does not install anything, its a showroom with a big warehouse.

I was told by one of their Reps that they are the same company as 4wheel Parts Wholesalers. I have been doing business with 4wheel Parts since the late nineties. I order sometimes, but often just pick up at the Dallas location. Its a fun drive over there, and I can scout the lobby for other impulse buys.
