I have ordered several items with them without any problems on their behalf. The only problems I have had was a vendor of theirs back ordered the items, but they have always kept me up to date with what is going on and have offered me specials for the inconvienence.

I have been using them for years also, for my YJ, and have had very good Luck.
2 Thumbs up for their customer service.
