Gussets, sleeves(depending on how hard you wheel), body lift, spacers, trimmed pinch seams, flats, gears....
I'm getting 37's in april/may and I'll get the gears shortly after. If you can deal with sluggish driving, then do the gears later. some people say they are OK without gears, some say they can't stand it....
This is a mute point on the forum here, do searches and you'll find a PLETHORA (like that choice of wording? haha) on this topic. There is more to it than "what will I need". A LOT MORE TO IT....

I know it is, but it's not ALL that everyone makes it out to be.... yea, some major mods, but depending on how you wheel and stuff, along with a bunch of other things....you can either spend a shitload....or you can get the bare essentials to make it work. Can do it in stages or all in one shot....
Everyone has their own process/steps on how to upgrade/prepare for 37's.

Well...
If you want to know the cheaper route, as I'm going.
Got: Stock wheels, 1.5" spacers, 2.5" Lift.
Need: Cut stock fenders to Flat Flares, 1" BL, 37" Tires, Trim my Pinch Seams
NOT getting: gears or gussets or anything else. 3.21 work well enough for me with 6 speed, I know it will walk instead of currently jogging down the road.
That right there will get you rolling on 37"s. I would suggest dropping the grand on new Gears, hundred bucks on Gussets, and possibly new front DS or axles.

I have a 3.5 lift now. I think I'm gonna order the bushwacker flares just because I want to do it legitimate. As far as gears go I think I can put that on the backburner for a bit. As long as I have em I'll be happy. I don't have any spaces tho? I guess I'll probably look into those as well

I ran my 37's with stock driveline on my 07 JKU 6 speed for a while before upgrading. I had a 3.5 RE lift and 1.25 RC body lift with BW flats to accomplish without having to add thicker bumpstops. I am by no means any expert but there are a few on here. I would start by reading planman's write up. I did the steering stop washer "upgrade" too. Hope this helps you out. You won't be sorry with 37s...

I would sleeve and gusset if your doing this with a 30 up front. your asking allot of that small axle with that big a tire.
I'm currently running 35's w/ 3.5 lift and trimmed fenders and it has plenty of room to stuff 37's (which I'm doing very soon) I personally would stay away from lifting the body, these jeeps already have a high center of gravity and body lifts only make it worse. there are plenty of other tricks you can do to get them to clear.
