Question 275/70R18 Spare--Will it fit

I plan on changing to a 33"+ tire on the new 2012 on order. With 265/70R18 I put on the 2010, the spare fit fine. Are these 275/70 tires going to fit or will I have to use a spare tire spacer?

If a spacer is needed, what is the best route to go that does not increase the leverage/weight/rattle of putting a slight heavier tire on the spare mount. Also, if using a spacer should one also get the tailgate rubber spacers to fit?

Thanks for any advice.

Probably not on a stock rim. I had to get a spare tire relocation bracket from Quadratec to get mine to fit. It pushes it out and up a few inches.
